Terms of Warranty
2. All warranty conditions are stated in the product/services information provided, unless the manufacturer has provided none.

Prices
3. Our Prices are fixed in Singapore Dollars currency and GST will be collected under Registration No. M90358140E. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Delivery services
4. Delivery is free for products that are 7.5 inches or larger and delivered within Singapore. No deliveries will be made outside of Singapore.

4a) Four time slots are available for the delivery from Monday - Saturday.
      i) 10.30am - 12noon
      ii) 12noon - 2.00p.m.
      iii) 2.00p.m. - 5.00p.m.
      iv) 5.00p.m. - 8.00p.m.

4b) Two time slots are available for the self-collection/ pick-up from Thursday - Saturday.
     i) 12noon - 2.00p.m,
     ii) 2.00p.m. - 5.00p.m.

You may arrange for an alternative pick-up time by appointment. Simply call us at 6282-1310.

Payment Processing
5. We only accept VISA, MASTERCARD, Internet banking (DBS, UOB, CITIBANK) & virtual accounts.

6. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.

Cancellation of Orders
7. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.

8. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

Confirmation of Orders
9. We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 36 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

Exchange & Refunds
10. All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
